Following the award of Freeport status by UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak earlier this month, DP World has earmarked $1.3 billion for the development of our two deepwater ports at Southampton and London Gateway.

Each year, the two terminals handle over $58 billion of goods to and from countries beyond the EU. This represents a major contribution to the UK economy, and the expansion of our UK facilities will be key to unlocking Britain’s trading future.
